LPN / RN Unit Manager

Qualifications

• Valid PA LPN or RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in long-term care (LTC)
• Ability to perform all duties of an LPN or RN
• Experience in managing staff and patient care
• Knowledge of LTC regulations and standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing staff within the unit
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Oversee patient care plans and assessments
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Train and mentor nursing staff on best practices
