Full Job Description
Skadden's Finance group is looking for outstanding lateral candidates (class of [redacted]) with general finance experience to sit in our Palo Alto or Los Angeles offices. The ideal candidate has expertise drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents, UCC experience as well as general corporate experience. Experience with data center or digital infrastructure work a plus. High level of academic achievement and peer firm experience preferred. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $225,000 to $260,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
