Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the logistics team for the SCMS Division at NAWCAD WOLF.
Lead logistical support for C5ISR projects throughout their life cycle.
Analyze BOMs to inform material management and replenishment strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges.
Approve materials requisitions and oversee production order initiation.
Optimize inventory control and distribution processes.
Support resource planning for acquisition and report on consumables.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $81,850.00/Yr. - USD $136,400.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Description

Providing overall management and supervision of logistic team members supporting the Special Communication Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division at NAWCAD WOLF

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and at least five years of relevant experience; OR an Associates degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and at least nine years of relevant experience; OR a High School Diploma / General Education Development (GED) and at least eleven years of relevant experience
Of the minimumyears of relevant experience, at least three of those years must include C5ISR projects associated with acquisition resource planning and the development and/or modification of Bill of Materials (BOMs)
Demonstrated experience analyzing and leading the logistical functions of multiple C5ISR projects
Demonstrated experience leading the life cycle of a product including resource planning for acquisition, reporting of parts and consumables, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal
Demonstrated experience analyzing BOMs and planning for replenishments, substitutes of parts/materials, production set-ups, and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
Demonstrated experience resolving schedule, material, or system problems with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated experience approving part or material requisitions and initiate production and purchase orders
Demonstrated experience leading optimization of sourcing, allocations, distributions, and inventory control
