Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Local Marketing Creative Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of creative initiatives across marketing, brand, campaigns, digital, print, video, content, local marketing, and internal communications.
This role will guide projects through the full creative lifecycle, from initial intake and planning through final delivery, with a particular focus on helping connect national strategy to local market execution.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive project manager who thrives in a fast moving creative environment. This individual should be comfortable balancing multiple priorities, coordinating diverse stakeholder groups, anticipating potential roadblocks, and creating structure around complex creative work. Experience supporting local marketing, field marketing, restaurant marketing, or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environments is strongly preferred.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 $176,300.00.

Your future duties and responsibilities: Creative Project Management
Lead creative projects from initial intake and kickoff through development, review, approval, production, final delivery, and project closeout.
Manage a diverse portfolio of creative work spanning brand, integrated campaigns, digital, print, video, content, local marketing, and internal communications.
Support local marketing projects and activation resources, including local creative assets, social content, best practice guides, and event based materials.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that incorporate creative development, production, stakeholder feedback, legal review, revisions, approvals, and final delivery.
Balance multiple projects simultaneously across varying levels of complexity, priority, and visibility.
Monitor project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to keep work progressing according to plan.
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or resource constraints and recommend solutions to minimize impact to delivery.
Creative & Production Coordination
Partner with Creative, Strategy, and Marketing leads to translate project briefs and business needs into actionable project plans.
Help connect national strategy to local market execution, ensuring creative resources are useful and relevant for local restaurant teams.
Coordinate workflows across copywriting, design, photography, video, editing, motion graphics, versioning, production, and asset delivery.
Support production planning by establishing milestones, resource requirements, asset needs, dependencies, and handoff expectations.
Ensure final creative assets align with required specifications, formats, versions, channel requirements, and brand standards.
Facilitate asset handoffs between creative teams, production partners, agencies, media teams, channel owners, field teams, and digital asset management teams.
Stakeholder & Workflow Management
Serve as the primary day to day project management contact for assigned creative and local marketing initiatives.
Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, creative reviews, and other working sessions.
Provide stakeholders with consistent visibility into project status, timelines, risks, decisions, and outstanding actions.
Gather and consolidate stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable direction for creative teams.
Establish appropriate reviewers and decision makers throughout each stage of the project lifecycle.
Help manage feedback cycles to minimize conflicting direction, late stage revisions, and unnecessary delays.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, local marketing partners, Operators, and field stakeholders.
Provide clear, proactive communication that keeps teams aligned throughout each phase of the work.
Document key decisions, approvals, scope adjustments, action items, and next steps.
Project Operations & Process Improvement
Maintain project management systems, schedules, trackers, and supporting documentation to provide visibility across assigned work.
Own project setup, tracking, and delivery in Workfront or a comparable project management platform.
Track deadlines, deliverables, dependencies, approvals, and outstanding action items.
Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, communication, efficiency, consistency, and accountability.
Contribute to broader creative operations, agency workflow, local marketing support, and process improvement initiatives as needed.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: 5+ years of experience in creative, marketing, advertising, production, or agency project management.
Experience working within an in house creative team, advertising agency, production agency, or similarly fast paced environment.
Experience supporting local marketing, field marketing, market level creative, or local activations.
Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), restaurant, retail, franchise, or other multi location marketing experience or knowledge strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of creative development and production workflows, including stakeholder review and approval processes.
Demonstrated experience managing creative deliverables across multiple channels, including digital, print, campaign, video, content, local assets, and brand initiatives.
Experience partnering with local or field teams and translating broader marketing strategies into resources that support local execution.
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong relationship building skills and a customer service oriented approach.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and consistent follow through.
Ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure while adapting to changing priorities.
Ability to translate complex project requirements into clear plans, schedules, priorities, and next steps.
Proficiency with Workfront or a comparable enterprise project management platform.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
