1 year in the last 3 years (2023 of the current month), or 5 years in the last 10 years (2016 of the current month) of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
Doubles endorsement - paid training (must have prior to road test).
12 months clean MVR, no more than 2 points in the last 36 months.
