Litigation Paralegal
On-Site/hybrid | Los Angeles, CA
$80,000 - $90,000 per year

What you'll do:

  • Manage litigation from start to finish: case filings, discovery, trial prep, and calendar deadlines
  • Coordinate with external counsel and serve as a key point of contact for communication and collaboration
  • Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documents with precision
  • Conduct legal research on state and federal laws, keeping us compliant across California, Nevada, and Washington
  • Assist with internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and sensitive matters-always with discretion
  • Maintain organized case files, litigation databases, and status reports for the General Counsel


What you bring:

  • Must have: Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
  • Must have: 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal (law firm senior-level background strongly preferred)
  • Must have: Proficiency with legal software, Microsoft Office Suite, and technology-driven workflows
  • Must have: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to juggle multiple cases independently
  • Must have: Excellent written and verbal communication, with absolute confidentiality and professionalism
  • Nice to have: Bachelor's degree
