The RoleKiernan Trebach LLP is seeking an
Attorney with a MINIMUM of 4-8 years of experience in
insurance coverage counseling and/or
litigation experience to join our growing team. Primary office location and bar admissions are flexible.
What You Will DoThe ideal candidate will have insurance coverage experience in multiple areas, including:
- Commercial lines experience strongly preferred over personal lines experience.
- General Liability Insurance
- Commercial Umbrella
- Commercial Excess Insurance
- Experience defending a variety of Civil Litigation matters is a plus.
What You Will Bring- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in insurance coverage counseling and/or litigation
- Experience with counseling insurance companies about insurance matters.
- Experience representing insurers in coverage litigation.
- Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda, summarizing depositions and trial preparation is preferred.
