Litigation Associate
Location: Connecticut Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 Experience: 1-3 Years
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Litigation Associate to join a respected law firm in Connecticut. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys on a varied range of complex and challenging matters, while developing your technical skills and gaining valuable hands-on experience.
The successful candidate will play an active role in all stages of litigation, with exposure to sophisticated disputes and the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility as part of a collaborative team.
Key responsibilities:
Drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions and other litigation documents.
Conducting detailed legal research and preparing written analysis.
Assisting with the preparation and development of litigation strategies.
Supporting attorneys throughout all stages of complex disputes.
Participating in case preparation, document review and other substantive litigation work.
Candidate requirements:
1-3 years of relevant litigation experience.
Excellent academic credentials.
