Qualifications

• Civil litigation background/experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to monitor trials as part of the role.
• Strong references and a stable job history are essential.
• Must be a member of the appropriate state bar in good standing.
• New Jersey and Connecticut-barred attorneys are also eligible for the New York City office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and participate in trials as needed.
• Conduct legal research and prepare appellate briefs.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy.
• Represent clients in appellate court hearings.
• Draft motions and pleadings for appellate cases.
