What You'll Do- Guide clients through the purchase of new Lincoln vehicles and pre-owned vehicles
- Demonstrate vehicle features and technology through presentations and test drives
- Deliver a premium guest experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on Lincoln features and programs
- Consistently achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required
- Sales and/or customer service experience required
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
