What would you do? Most of the team works on one project at any given point in time, typically as part of a larger core team working on a priority. At a Senior Manager level, it could include the following:
- Lead client engagements in the MedTech industry focused on ERP technology strategy, design and delivery in ERP - SAP S4 and Oracle Fusion
- Partner across business functions to drive planning and delivery
- Assess current-state processes, systems, and data models
- Design and implement next-generation technology solutions
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MES across wider IT/OT spectrum)
- Provide industry thought leadership on MedTech ERP and technogy best practice
- Work with cross-functional Accenture teams to bring innovation and AI to delivery and solutioning
- Own client deliverables, including roadmaps, business cases, solution designs, and operating model recommendations.
- Own client business development, RFPs and sales
Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 75% to client locations.

Here's What You Need:- Minimum of 8 years experience in either consulting or industry in life sciences technology supply chain and manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree

- You have experience in business and technology focused projects and roles
- You have experience working with and/or leading teams, clients, and vendors using your exceptional team building, mentoring, people development, and management skills
- You have experience working with Life Sciences supply chain and manufacturing professionals applying excellent client-facing communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- You work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and apply structure to your problem solving
