Role OverviewYou will interact with both clients and teams within ClearView to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. During the course of a typical project, you will engage in a number of activities, including:
- Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach
- Able to conduct a straightforward project or workstream with moderate oversight
- Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making
- Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value
QualificationsThe successful Life Sciences Senior Analyst candidate must have the following skills and experience:
- Undergraduate or Master's degree in the life sciences or equivalent field
- At least 18 months of experience in life sciences consulting
- Demonstrated experience in consulting and the life sciences industry through a combination of internships, research, and project management
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environment
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Highly analytical approach to solving complex problems
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model out of our New York, Boston or San Francisco office; new hires will be in office 100% during onboarding and training will then go to 80% in office through month nine (9) and then the schedule adjusts to a 50% in office expectation after that
The starting salary for this position is $110,00 and will also have an performance bonus opportunity as well.
