Who we're looking for:Forge Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Clinician to join our Rego Park, Queens clinic. This role includes a mix of in-person and telehealth care, with opportunities to provide individualized therapy and outpatient group therapy for individuals managing mental health and substance use conditions. This position sits in our Queens, NY office and reports directly to our Clinic Director.

What you'll be doing:- Maintain an outpatient caseload providing individual outpatient and group therapy sessions
- Conduct clinical intakes and comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualizes treatment plans
- Provide in-person clinical coverage within the Rego Park clinic
- Collaborate with internal Forge providers, including medication management and program staff, to coordinate care
- Support continuity of care during planned staff leave periods
- Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with NY regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation for this role is $35-46/clinical hour based on a per-session hourly rate, with the ability to earn quarterly incentive opportunities. Administrative time is paid at a separate hourly rate. Exact compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, and location.
Please note, we require a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week.
What you'll need:- Current, unrestricted license in New York as a LCSW or similar credentials including LMHC, LMSW, or LMFT
- Masters Degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline)
- Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services to adult populations
- Strong experience in group facilitation
- Familiarity with New York behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards
