Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job SummaryThe Licensed Professional Counselor will provide virtual counseling services to clients experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to create practical treatment plans that support measurable client progress.
Responsibilities- Deliver scheduled telehealth counseling sessions
- Assess client needs and determine appropriate care strategies
- Develop goal-oriented treatment plans
- Apply therapeutic interventions based on client presentation
- Document sessions and maintain compliance standards
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
Requirements- Licensed as an LPC in Colorado
- Master's degree in Counseling or related discipline
- Experience in clinical counseling or therapy settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of HIPAA and ethical guidelines
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely
