Job SummaryWe're hiring a California-licensed LPCC to provide virtual counseling services to clients across the state. In this role, you'll support individuals working through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges while providing consistent care through a secure telehealth platform.
This position is a great fit for a clinician who enjoys building strong client relationships, creating thoughtful treatment plans, and delivering quality mental health support in a flexible remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients throughout California
- Complete client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical documentation
- Support clients with emotional, behavioral, relationship, and life adjustment concerns
- Use evidence-informed counseling approaches based on client needs
- Maintain confidentiality and follow professional, ethical, and telehealth standards
- Provide consistent communication and a supportive therapeutic experience for clients
Requirements- Must hold an active California license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Experience providing therapy, counseling, psychology, or clinical social work services
- Comfortable delivering care in a telehealth / remote setting
- Strong clinical judgment and client-centered communication skills
- Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and consistency
