Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Avaialble
Pay Range: $39.11/HR-$62.15/HR
Location: Eugene, OR at South Hills
What You'll DoAs an LPN, you will play an important role in providing safe, compassionate, and individualized care to our residents. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing resident needs and monitoring changes in condition
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Providing direct nursing care and ensuring residents' needs are met
- Supervising CNAs and other care team members in the delivery of nursing services
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Following applicable state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Advocating for residents and helping promote their comfort, dignity, and quality of life
What We're Looking For- Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Oregon
- Ability to assess resident needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Knowledge of individualized care planning and nursing practices
- Ability to supervise and work collaboratively with CNAs and other healthcare team members
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassion, dependability, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
- Commitment to following state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing care
