Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Dakota or multi-state eligibility
Maintains required certifications and standards
Previous LPN experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Responsibilities
Provide PRN and contract staffing in long-term care and assisted living facilities
Assist patients with daily activities
Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
Support patient ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
Monitor and check vital signs
Observe patients for changes requiring adjustments in care
