Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Dakota or multi-state eligibility.
Maintains required certifications and standards.
LPN experience highly preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
Provide PRN and/or contract staffing in long-term care and assisted living facilities.
Assist patients with daily activities and personal care.
Administer medications and treatments, including wound care.
Help patients with ambulation, transfers, and exercises.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs.
Observe and report any changes in patient conditions or needs.
