Position Responsibilities: - Ability to assess, diagnose, and create/implement/maintain treatment plans
- Full time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 26 client sessions each week (with an ability to see more clients if desired)
- Complete all documentation within assigned time frames
- Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings
Required Qualifications and Skills: - Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Massachusetts Clinical Licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC - 1, PsyD, and PhD)
- Able to implement varying evidence-based practices, dependent on client need
- Able to maintain appropriate boundaries
Compensation (range): $72,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
