Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)Position: Full-Time
Location: New Hampshire (Remote)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually
Role SummaryThis role offers licensed clinical counselors the opportunity to deliver consistent outpatient care through a fully remote model. You will support adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions while maintaining a predictable weekday schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
- Create and update individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical notes
- Adhere to state regulations and organizational policies
Requirements- Active LCMHC license in New Hampshire
- Master's degree in Counseling or related discipline
- Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
