Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary leader with a passion for senior care to join our team as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) at Wabasso Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, a 44-bed skilled nursing facility located in Wabasso, Minnesota. As an LNHA, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operation of the nursing facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering a supportive, efficient, and positive work environment for staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all applicable state, federal, and local regulations
• Provide strong leadership to staff, fostering teamwork, accountability, and excellence in resident care
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation effectively
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure survey readiness and maintain compliance with CMS, state regulations, and accreditation standards
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners
• Lead recruitment, retention, and staff development efforts to maintain a stable, engaged workforce
• Represent the facility in meetings, professional associations, and community events

Qualifications:
