Nursing Home Administrator

Compensation: $113,000 - $136,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience, plus an exceptional benefits package.

Little Falls Health Services is a faith-based skilled nursing facility where residents, families, and employees are valued as part of an extended care community.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to lead our Little Falls team, strengthen daily operations, and continue our tradition of providing exceptional care and service to the residents and families we serve.

About the Role

The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and management of Little Falls Health Services, supporting exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, financial stewardship, and a positive workplace culture for our Little Falls team.

This position leads a dedicated management team that includes:

  • Director of Nursing
  • Human Resources Director
  • Activity Director/Social Services Designee
  • Dietary Manager
  • Environmental Services Supervisor


Together, this team supports approximately 130-140 employees who are committed to enriching the lives of the residents we serve.
