Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide leadership and operational oversight.
This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare leader who is passionate about resident care, team development, regulatory compliance, and overall facility performance.
Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility.
- Provide leadership and direction to department heads and facility staff.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Promote high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction.
- Monitor quality improvement initiatives and facility performance.
- Support census growth, referral development, and community relationships.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and operational resources.
- Build a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and employee retention.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, and community partners.
- Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys and inspections.
Qualifications- Current Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.
- Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and facility operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and effectively manage multiple priorities.
