Full Job Description
CareCore at Meadows is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati.

We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader who understands long-term care operations, knows how to build and support a great team, and is committed to providing exceptional care and a positive experience for residents, families, and staff.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility
  • Provide leadership and support to department directors and facility staff
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations
  • Lead survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives
  • Monitor staffing, census, financial performance, and operational goals
  • Promote employee engagement, retention, and accountability
  • Partner with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of resident care
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the community
  • Drive continued growth and overall facility performance
Qualifications
