Join the Team at The Center for Trauma, Stress, and Anxiety (CTSA)

Description

We believe the future of mental health care must be different.

More relational.

More integrative.

More collaborative.

More human.

At CTSA, we are building more than a therapy practice. We are creating a multidisciplinary community of clinicians, leaders, educators, and innovators committed to helping people heal from trauma, anxiety, and the stressors of modern life through clinically excellent, deeply compassionate care.

We believe exceptional therapy happens when clinicians are supported, inspired, challenged, and connected to meaningful work. We believe clinicians deserve more than burnout, isolation, and endless productivity pressure. We believe people do their best work when they are part of a healthy team culture rooted in integrity, accountability, creativity, and purpose.

That is the culture we are fiercely committed to protecting and continuing to build.

As CTSA continues to grow, we are seeking passionate clinicians who want to deepen their craft, find their niche, contribute to a mission-driven organization, and help shape the future of trauma and anxiety treatment in our community.

We are currently hiring therapists across our Bel Air, Nottingham/Perry Hall, and Hunt Valley/Cockeysville locations, with in-person and hybrid opportunities available.

Who We Are

CTSA is an integrative mental health and wellness organization specializing in trauma, anxiety, stress-related conditions, and whole-person healing.

  • Therapeutic yoga
  • Meditation
  • Sound healing
  • Retreats and intensives
  • Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy
  • Educational programming and CEs

We are deeply committed to advancing both clinical excellence and human connection.

Who Thrives at CTSA

The clinicians who thrive here are people who:
  • Care deeply about providing exceptional care
  • Value growth, mentorship, and lifelong learning
  • Want to collaborate rather than work in isolation
  • Appreciate accountability and professionalism
  • Are emotionally mature, grounded, and team-oriented
  • Desire meaningful work and long-term career development
  • Want to contribute ideas, innovate, and create
  • Believe healing should address the whole person - mind, body, relationships, and nervous system

Our clinicians are not "clock in, clock out" therapists.

They are professionals who care about their clients, their teammates, their community, and the impact they are making.

They are people who want to build something meaningful alongside other passionate professionals.
