Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Position OverviewWe are seeking an Indiana-licensed LMHC to provide outpatient counseling services through telehealth. The role involves direct client care, clinical assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing evaluation of client needs.
The position is suited to a clinician who is comfortable managing an independent caseload and providing consistent care in a virtual setting. Clients may present with concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
Primary Responsibilities- Conduct individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical information
- Establish treatment goals and appropriate care plans
- Apply evidence-based counseling approaches within the scope of licensure
- Evaluate client response to treatment and modify interventions when clinically indicated
- Maintain accurate progress notes, treatment records, and other required documentation
- Assess and respond to safety concerns in accordance with established procedures
Requirements- Master's degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Indiana LMHC license in good standing
- Previous experience providing counseling or psychotherapy services
- Comfortable delivering therapy in a remote setting
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records preferred
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and sound judgment
