🧠 About the RoleThe Behavior Lab is seeking a compassionate and collaborative
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our interdisciplinary team. This hybrid role supports neurodiverse children and their families through a blend of traditional therapy, caregiver coaching, and behaviorally informed practices. 🧩 What You'll DoCore Therapy Services:- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy focused on emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges
- Support families navigating autism, ADHD, anxiety, and parenting stress
- Use trauma-informed, systemic, and evidence-based interventions
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Behavioral Integration:- Conduct clinical observations in home, clinic, school, or community settings
- Collaborate with BCBAs and behavioral teams to align mental health and behavior support plans
- Deliver caregiver coaching in reinforcement, co-regulation, and behavioral strategies
- Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and treatment planning
- Help monitor goals related to communication, emotional regulation, and social development
• Minimum Qualifications- Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
- Active LMFT license in the state of practice
- Experience working with children and families, especially those impacted by autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong skills in documentation, collaboration, and organization
- Comfortable working in diverse settings with a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications- Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis or coursework in behavioral science
- Experience supervising RBTs or interdisciplinary teams
- Trained in ACT, CBT, PCIT, SPACE, or other parent-mediated interventions
- Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
- Bilingual (Spanish-English)

- Direct Reports: Mid-tier Supervisors, Behavior Technicians
