Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Role OverviewThis role focuses on providing structured therapy to adults and families through a secure telehealth platform. You will work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your work supports steady progress, clear treatment goals, and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Develop treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing progress
- Maintain compliance with Washington State and telehealth standards
Requirements- Active Washington State LMFT license
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace
