This unique role combines clinical practice with leadership, allowing you to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to children, youth, and families while supporting the growth and development of master's-level counseling, social work, and marriage and family therapy interns. • Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to children, adolescents, and families.
• Serve as a clinical leader and mentor for counseling, social work, and marriage and family therapy interns.
• Support intern recruitment, onboarding, and successful integration into the clinical team.
• Provide weekly individual and group supervision focused on clinical growth, ethical practice, and professional development.
• Coach developing clinicians on assessment, treatment planning, documentation, evidence-based interventions, and client engagement.
• Monitor clinical quality, caseload management, productivity, and performance to ensure outstanding client outcomes.
• Promote adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and best practices.
• Partner with program leadership to support operational goals, clinical excellence, and a positive learning environment.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality behavioral health care.
