Licensed Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A) for our Humberline Plant located at 353-383 Humberline Drive, Etobicoke, ON, M9W 5X3 .

Main Duties:- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Perform preventative, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveying systems
- Maintain and service production and packaging equipment to minimize downtime
- Install, modify, and commission new equipment and machinery
- Perform precision maintenance tasks, including alignment, fitting, and equipment rebuilds
- Conduct welding and fabrication work, including TIG welding as required
- Prioritize and manage multiple maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment
- Complete work orders and maintenance records using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Track parts usage, inventory, and labour associated with maintenance activities
- Follow verbal and written work instructions and implement corrective actions as required
- Collaborate effectively with production personnel, maintenance team members, and contractors.

Equipment and Systems Experience:Experience maintaining and repairing the following equipment is considered an asset:
- Conveyors and material handling systems
- Pumps and motors
- Grinders and processing equipment
- Packaging machinery
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Fans and blowers
- Welding and fabrication equipment
- Industrial power tools and maintenance equipment
Requirements:- Valid Ontario 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certificate of Qualification
- Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic Millwright in a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Preferred:- Experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, or other regulated production environments
- TIG welding experience
- Experience with CMMS software and maintenance documentation systems
