Position Highlights
Competitive Compensation
Earn up to $72 per clinical hour, based on experience, specialty, and current priority needs.
Clinicians are paid per completed client hour under our private-practice compensation model.
Opportunities are available for both part-time and full-time clinicians.
Priority Opportunities
Clinicians who are bilingual in Spanish and/or comfortable working with children under 12 years old will receive priority consideration and may qualify for higher compensation rates.
Flexible Scheduling

Requirements
Must hold an active California license as a:
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Must be willing to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, age groups, and demographics.
Experience or interest in working with children under 12 is highly preferred.
Bilingual Spanish-speaking clinicians are highly encouraged to apply.
