Position Overview:This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice.
Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30-45 minute commute).
Schedule: primarily daytime hours, with 1-2 evenings per week extending to 6:30-7:00 PM; other days typically wrap up around 5:00 PM. Our goal is to keep a balanced caseload for all our new BCBAs, so we balance daytime and evening clients accordingly - this is what you can expect from your schedule.
Clinical & Administrative Support:- Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks.
- Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance.
- Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties.
- Manageable, individualized caseloads.
- Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics.
- BT Managers for performance and operational support.
- BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing.
Learning & Advancement:- Internal CEUs and virtual trainings.
- Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings.
- Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I-IV.
- Growth into leadership, training, consultative, and operational roles.
Benefits:- Continuing Education Stipend: $2,000 annually.

Compensation:- Base Salary: $95,000 and $105,000.
- Dual Bonus Program: $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours, averaging between $5,000 - $10,000+ annually (uncapped).
- First-Year Retention Bonus: Up to $7500.
Minimum Qualifications:- Master's degree in human services or a related field required.
- BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
- LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification required.
