Learning & Development Supervisor - Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields within manufacturing.
• Experience leading or coordinating training teams or initiatives required.
• Proven ability to build learning curriculums and skills development plans in a manufacturing context.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience supporting Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS365 and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site learning and development strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and coach a team of four Training Coordinators, setting priorities and supporting their growth.
• Build relationships with leaders across operations to identify capability gaps and learning needs.
• Design and implement training programs for both hourly and salaried employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the facility.
• Update and maintain training materials and documentation.
