What you’ll be doing…
As the Enterprise Learning & Development Design Senior Manager, you will orchestrate the strategy, design, and delivery of our enterprise leadership development ecosystem. You will be responsible for building, refreshing, and optimizing shared leadership-development content—including courses, workshops, learning assets, and other materials—that support both enterprise-wide and Business Unit (BU)-specific leadership needs. Utilizing a deep understanding of leader needs, you will translate broad organizational objectives into operational, scalable learning solutions. A core element of this role is building strong, collaborative relationships with the business to create best-in-class content alongside stakeholders and other L&D design studios. Your work will be accomplished with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring that all leadership initiatives align directly with enterprise objectives and drive measurable impact.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Applying strong instructional design expertise to build dynamic learning solutions, acting as the lead architect while co-creating and collaborating seamlessly with other internal design studios to produce world-class content.
- Leveraging generative AI and emerging technologies to architect, scale, and optimize learning solutions, streamlining content production workflows and enhancing the overarching design process without sacrificing instructional rigor.
- Leading the strategy for building, refreshing, and optimizing shared leadership-development content, ensuring all courses, workshops, and learning assets meet the diverse needs of both enterprise-wide leaders and specific BUs.
- Driving robust stakeholder management, including executive stakeholdering, to align leadership programs with business goals. Building and nurturing strong, trusted relationships with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional L&D teams.
- Defining and enforcing instructional standards across all leadership content, balancing rapid speed-to-market with rigorous executive standards and enterprise compliance. Translating leadership strategy into actionable operational processes, managing development initiatives from initial needs analysis through final evaluation on time and within budget.
- Measuring and evaluating training effectiveness at all levels, architecting feedback loops that leverage behavioral metrics and leader performance data to continuously refine curricula and predict future capability needs.
In this remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings.
