Full Job Description
StackAdapt's Vertical & Performance team focuses on developing and leading strategic growth initiatives within key verticals across our suite of programmatic advertising products. The Lead, Vertical & Performance Solutions will work on projects and partnerships that will improve the competitiveness of the platform, execute and deliver these suites of solutions to our clients, and influence new products and features. This role will allow you to work with multiple leaders across teams, such as Product, Engineering, Sales, Analytics, and Operations in shaping the future of AdTech & MarTech. What You'll Be Doing: • Lead cross-functional initiatives that define and deliver new vertical solutions, drive adoption of the vertical's in-platform capabilities, and influence product strategy. • Scope may involve either B2B and B2C sales motions, subject to current business objectives. • Serve as a SME to our clients and internal stakeholders, and be able to effectively translate business and technical needs and challenges • Define solution requirements and deliver POCs in collaboration with business intelligence, product, data science and/or engineering teams to deliver technically feasible solutions and features. • Play an active role with GTM to enable commercial success, including development of narratives and positioning at the level of an individual product, vertical and/or a given region. • Lead project planning, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication. • Lead multi-dimensional programs involving multiple stakeholders, business objectives, and timelines. • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. • Apply possesses strong, contextual understanding of Ad-Tech and Mar-Tech ecosystems, including data flows, identity resolution, measurement practices, and demand/supply dynamics. • Mentor peers or junior team members and raise execution standards for the Vertical and Performance team. • Research and analyze competitive and industry landscape, market trends, and key clients' strategic data integrations, technology, and business processes to identify revenue growth, retention, and collaboration opportunities through 'business problem discovery' process. What You'll Bring to the Table • 5+ years of experience in: consulting, strategy & operations, product management, partnerships & alliances, and/or program management. This role may be uplevelled on a case by case basis. • Comfortable working with engineering and product teams, and getting deep with technical designs related to measurement and performance. • A proven track record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams • Good business judgment, along with an inclination to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions • Proficiency with data analysis tools including comfort with SQL • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external audiences • Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, prototype solutions, and accelerate execution The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in the posting country based on a global rate. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate's current location. We do not ask candidates about current or prior salary history, and we will not use such information, if volunteered, in setting an offer. This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package. Factors Influencing Final Compensation: • The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications. • Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer.
