Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in treasury work.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information discretely.
• Experience with SAP, Concur, and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process weekly vendor payments and assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Assist the Treasury and CFO with daily global cash management and financial activities.
• Monitor global bank accounts and cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Prepare and maintain cash-flow reports and financial schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of banking and treasury transactions.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Organize financial documents and support during audits.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Participate in the formulation of company policies and financial procedures.
• Perform other accounting and treasury duties as assigned.
