Full Job Description
We are looking for a Lead, TecsysIQ Data/AI Services Delivery to lead our Data Intelligence team and drive the growth of Tecsys IQ within Professional Services.
This is a customer-facing leadership role responsible for overseeing and scaling our TecsysIQ services offering, driving AI and Data enablement initiatives as well as delivering BI services. You will work closely with customers, Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and help customers maximize the value of their data.
Responsibilities
Lead the TecsysIQ AI/Data Delivery Team
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of AI/Data professionals delivering customer projects
- Own delivery quality, utilization, prioritization, and team performance
- Provide oversight on solution design, estimates, and project execution
- Establish delivery standards, templates, and best practices
- Manage bookings, revenue, and margin for the TecsysIQ AI/Data services team
Grow the Tecsys IQ Offering
- Define and evolve the Tecsys IQ Data and AI services strategy.
- Work closely with customer to identify requirements, define and build solutions using TecsysIQ Data and AI capabilities, including agentic capabilities.
- Build implementation playbooks, processes, and governance standards
- Standardize delivery approaches to improve consistency and efficiency
- Measure and report on customer outcomes and delivery success
Drive AI & Data Enablement
- Identify and implement AI opportunities across Professional Services
- Support the rollout of AI-powered tools and workflows
- Promote adoption through training, best practices, and change management
- Drive standardization and reusable assets across teams
Partner with Customers & Internal Teams
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and site visits
- Support presales activities, including discovery, solution positioning, and estimates
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Global Operations, and Product & Technology teams
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience leading customer-facing delivery teams in a Professional Services environment
- Experience with Business Intelligence, analytics, and enterprise data platforms
- Understanding of supply chain, healthcare, or related operational environments
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience building scalable processes, methodologies, and delivery standards
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Commercial awareness with experience managing delivery performance and customer outcomes
- Fluency in French.
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.
Technology Awareness
You do not need to be a technical expert in every platform, but you should be comfortable discussing modern data, analytics, and AI technologies with customers and internal teams.
