What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair complex issues across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, and chassis systems
- Take on the "tough jobs" that require creativity and experience
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of technicians
- Set the standard for quality, efficiency, and problem-solving
- Work closely with service leadership to continuously improve operations
What Makes This Role Different:
- You're not stuck doing repetitive work - every day is different
- You'll work on a wide range of systems and builds
- You'll have the opportunity to lead and shape a team
- Your experience from any skilled trade is valued here
- You'll play a direct role in getting customers back on the road and enjoying their RV
What's In It for You:
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 based on experience
- Stable, year-round work
- A leadership role with real impact
- A team environment that values skill and initiative
- Opportunity to grow into higher-level service leadership roles
Benefits:
- Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance
- 401K with Company Match
- PTO / Sick Time
- Employee Discount
- Referral Program
- RV Borrowing Program
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in any skilled trade (RV, automotive, construction, HVAC, electrical, marine, maintenance, etc.)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
- Leadership or mentorship experience (or readiness to step into it)
- Pride in your work and attention to detail
- Own tools preferred
