JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Change Management & Engagement Lead for Technology, you will help lead and evolve our change and communications function. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive change and communications strategy that strengthens organizational alignment, enhances stakeholder engagement, and supports business objectives. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles and communication best practices, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication skillset will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. By managing communications and change effectively, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm. 

Job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with enterprise priorities and long-term business objectives.

  • Lead as the point of contact to executive leadership on communications, stakeholder engagement, and change initiatives. Lead the planning and delivery of executive communications, thought leadership, and strategic messaging. Develop communications strategies and content, presentations, town halls, videos, and leadership messaging.

  • Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.

  • Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.

  • Create and implement communication programs that drive employee engagement and organizational alignment.

  • Partner with business leaders and additional communications teams to support transformation initiatives, organizational changes, and key enterprise programs while ensuring consistent messaging across all internal channels and audiences.

  • Highlight program successes through various forums (including newsletter, organizational meetings) and act as a communications escalation bridge for issue resolution. Lead issues management and escalation communications planning and execution.

  • Develop communication protocols and response frameworks, while establishing KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure communication effectiveness. Use data and insights to continuously improve communication strategies and outcomes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of progressive communications experience, including significant leadership responsibility. Proven success leading enterprise communications for a large organization, with additional experience communicating with senior leadership. 

  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
  • Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve
  • Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes
