WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
- Responsible for building, deploying, and patching Windows servers.
- Provide 24/7 'tier3' on-call support of specific production systems as required.
- Design and implement technical solutions to support business requirements.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent of work experience.
- 8+ years experience as a Senior Systems Administrator in a medium to large scale environment.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure, including implementing, troubleshooting, and administration of all the various services.
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Expert knowledge in the administration of Windows infrastructure services incl. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File servers.
- Experience managing centralized configuration and patch management tools (eg. Configuration Manager).
- Proficient at scripting for automation or user management in Powershell.
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange in a hybrid environment, Microsoft Copilot, DLP, and Purview.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, VMware or Hyper-V administration.
ONE LAST THING This role is a senior infrastructure and platform engineering position responsible for the administration, support, design, and ongoing operation of a global enterprise environment. Salary Range: $92, 320 - $138,480 ; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
