What You'll Do:

Strategic Client Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary technical and strategic contact for key Real-Time clients, driving deployment support, and long-term technical alignment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's environment, including their use of FactSet's real-time platforms, data integration strategies, and operational goals.
  • Guide clients through migrations, cloud adoption, entitlement compliance, and architectural changes.

Optimization & Support Escalation:
  • Proactively identify areas for enhancement and coordinate with internal teams to implement solutions.
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical client issues, providing technical leadership through incident response and resolution.
  • Monitor service metrics and usage patterns to proactively address risk, improve resiliency, and drive client satisfaction.

  • Internal Advocacy & Product Feedback:
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Support and Solution Specialists to deliver customized solutions, resolve issues, and influence roadmap enhancements.
  • Act as a voice of the client internally while contributing to the ongoing evolution of FactSet's real-time offering and engagement model.
  • Provide feedback on product enhancements, documentation, and feature gaps specific to real-time market data delivery.

  • Technical Depth: Experience with Refinitiv, Bloomberg feeds, and familiarity with multicast, entitlement APIs, and real-time distribution platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Skilled in navigating internal and external stakeholders to resolve challenges, drive solutions, and influence product direction.
  • Strategic Ownership: Comfortable leading large-scale initiatives such as platform migrations, feed consolidations, or multi-site deployments.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years in a technical client-facing role within financial services, data technology, or capital markets-e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of real-time data delivery, client connectivity, entitlement frameworks, and data workflows across trading and analytics platforms.
  • Experience supporting enterprise clients in cloud or hybrid environments (AWS), with knowledge of APIs, feed handlers, and low-latency infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with market data technologies (e.g. Refinitiv, Bloomberg, proprietary systems).
  • Exceptional client management, communication, and problem-solving skills; confident engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
