Lead Quality Assurance Engineer (RISE Initiative)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to serve as a technical quality leader within the RISE transformation initiative. This critical role involves driving end-to-end reliability and structural integrity across mission-critical data applications, safeguarding high-volume enterprise operations against computational errors, data loss, and operational downtime during large-scale platform evolution.
Responsibilities:
Lead the complete testing life cycle for complex data streams and transformation processes supporting the enterprise RISE program.
Design and execute end-to-end data migration and conversion test strategies across legacy, intermediate, and modern target platforms.
Perform multi-format file validation to confirm schema accuracy, record counts, delimiter structures, payload integrity, and structural precision.
Validate high-throughput data pipelines for completeness, referential integrity, field-level mapping rules, and execution of business logic.
Formulate risk-focused test plans, data validation matrices, and release readiness criteria aligned with broader project milestones.
Perform in-depth root-cause analysis on complex data defects, schema mismatches, mapping failures, and downstream operational anomalies.
