Job Summary: The Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions within the Wealth Management domain. This position ensures that client requirements, regulatory standards, and operational goals are translated into actionable system enhancements and process improvements. The analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver solutions that optimize client experience, streamline operations, and support strategic business growth.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Architects to design API-led integrations between core systems and third-party data providers (e.g., credit scoring, GIS data, or fraud detection).
- Drive data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity from legacy systems to cloud-based data warehouses.
- Mentor mid-to-senior level BAs, providing guidance on complex insurance workflows and career progression.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired outcomes.
