Primary Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Bridge: Translate between business, clinical, and technical stakeholders to align requirements and communicate complex concepts clearly.
End-to-End Delivery: Own client delivery outcomes from initial discovery and prototyping to production deployment, scaling, and operationalization
Asset Capability Reuse: Partner with engineering teams to bring reusable capabilities, playbooks, and best practices into client engagements.
Client Value Partnerships: Build trusted advisor relationships with healthcare stakeholders, driving measurable outcomes (efficiency, cost savings, experience).
Required Skills Attributes
Client Solution Delivery: Proven ability to translate ambiguous needs into scalable, supportable production-ready solutions and prototypes.
Healthcare Domain Focus: Ability to drive measurable business and clinical outcomes across healthcare client environments.

Technical Experience: 3+ years in programming APIs, data pipelines, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
AI/ML Exposure: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, Large Language Models and prompt engineering.
Collaboration Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders in structured project teams.
Preferred Experience Domain Background
Consulting Advisory: 2+ years structuring ambiguous problems, recommending solutions, and managing client-facing deliveries.
Healthcare Domain Expertise: Direct experience with payer/provider operations (claims, utilization management, care delivery, revenue cycle) and data compliance/privacy rules.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or related technical discipline
