Role - Full Stack Engineer

Primary Responsibilities
Java & Microservices Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices following SOLID principles and best practices.
Database Optimization: Develop and optimize MongoDB and relational database solutions, including schema design, indexing, query tuning, and high-throughput data management.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Write and execute unit/integration tests (JUnit), debug complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support production deployments.
Agile & Continuous Delivery: Collaborate in Agile sprint cycles, participating in code reviews, design discussions, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous delivery workflows.
Required Skills & Attributes
Java Development: 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience with strong OOP principles and design patterns.
Spring Framework: 4+ years developing microservices using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
MongoDB: 3+ years working with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, complex querying, and performance tuning.
REST API & Testing: 4+ years designing RESTful APIs; proven experience with JUnit, integration testing, and production troubleshooting.
Mandatory Enterprise AI Skills: Baseline proficiency (90%+ weekly active usage) in approved GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot) to accelerate coding, documentation, and technical delivery.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
Containerization & Deployment: 2+ years with Docker containerization, Apache Tomcat, and modern CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Scale & Performance: Experience optimizing high-throughput APIs and managing large-scale MongoDB deployments handling millions of records.
Cloud Infrastructure: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
Preferred Background & Domain Expertise
High-volume distributed systems, microservices architectures, and API platform integrations.
Hands-on production support, system performance tuning, and healthcare technology domain experience
