What FDEs do at our partner startups • Own a deployment end to end, from scoping to go-live • Run discovery: gather requirements and turn business needs into technical requirements • Work directly with the customer's engineers • Write production code, build integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing, transport management, data systems) and design the solution architecture • Explain technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives • Feed learnings from the field back into product, and build reusable patterns, tools and playbooks from individual deployments What we look for • Engineering: you ship production-quality code fast, work with APIs, databases and cloud platforms, and debug production issues under time pressure. Typical languages: Python, TypeScript. • Customer judgment: you turn a vague request into a scoped problem, and you know when to say no • Communication: you explain technical trade-offs clearly, in writing and live • Ownership: you have a track record of driving outcomes end to end, not just contributing, and you operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Track record: outlier achievements, such as shipped products or top performance anywhere Nice to have • Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI agents (retrieval, evals, prompt engineering, tool use) • A product background What the process looks like 1. Fast-tracked interviews: if you're in, you get support and fast-tracked access to the interview processes at our partner startups. Each startup runs its own hiring process. 4. Not hired?
