Responsibilities & RequirementsThe Lead RN Acute Care provides clinical leadership and coordination for nursing staff in an acute care setting, supporting high-quality patient care, safety, and operational reliability. This role guides care delivery, fosters interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
