Lead Radiology Technologist at our Medical Center in Portland, OR. The Lead Radiology Technologist monitors and assists with direction of technical operation of a high volume and fast paced Radiology section of Diagnostic Imaging; assumes direct control of specific areas within Radiology as assigned; oversees workflow coordination and monitors daily radiology department schedule to assure proper tech and patient scheduling for smooth exam workflow.Schedules in-patient exams in a timely fashion to meet patient needs; assists with staff training, addressing equipment and safety concerns, coordinating and collaborating with multiple departments within the facility; performs radiographic procedures as needed to the high standards of the facility.
