Full Job Description
As our Lead Product Manager for Charting, you'll own the transformation of our chart production pipeline: modernizing a legacy system with an updated automated charting tool. This role will look to create efficiencies for the current user, and also unlock new products from ideation to production. This is a net-new role as we scale the charting organization and take on one of its most consequential transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the transformation from our legacy chart production system to a modern, automated charting tool, directly doubling productivity for the ~150 users of the pipeline
  • Lead customer discovery with charting users to identify real bottlenecks and prioritize the roadmap around them, not assumed ones
  • Identify and scope new product opportunities the new tooling unlocks
  • Partner with engineering across the globe to sequence and de-risk the migration
  • Mentor other product managers as the team scales, raising the bar for product craft across the group
  • Apply hands-on AI experience to find where AI genuinely improves the charting workflow, grounded in what you've built rather than trend-chasing

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including leading a major platform or system migration end to end
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience building with AI as reflected by being able to speak concretely about what you built and how, not just that you used it
  • Proven customer discovery skills; ability to identify a customer's actual problem, not just their stated request
  • Experience partnering with distributed, global engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aviation background, particularly as a pilot who has used Jeppesen charts (strongly preferred)
  • Experience at an airline or in the military, particularly with a technology background

  • 12 weeks paid parent leave
  • 2 days off to volunteer annually
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Flight Training Stipend
