What You Will Make: Average $1,700 to $1,850 per week ($80k-$115k+ annually), with top earners clearing $2,200 weekly and a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid across your first 6 months.
How You Get Paid: All-in pay up to $1.76 per mile with experience-based CPM from $0.85 to $0.88 CPM, stacked with $335 per unload and $30 per backhaul.
The Route & Freight: Haul 100% touch freight (box by box via rollers) averaging 1,110 miles per week across IN, MI, IL, OH, and WI using modern International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors.
Schedule & Home Time: Enjoy being home 3 to 4 times a week (typically every other day for a 10-hour break) on early AM, night, and weekend schedules.
Driver Requirements & Screening: Requires at least 3 months of experience in the last 3 years (36 mos) behind the wheel, passing a mandatory pre-employment DOT screening (hair follicle and urine tests), a DOT physical, and secure home-time parking with two forms of security.
